Take a break from someone on facebook11/21/2023 If you find your mind wandering back to Facebook as you go through your day, thinking how you might craft a post about a thought you've just had or an article you came across, it's OK. There's Eventbrite for events, Letgo for buying and selling stuff, Peanut for moms to connect, Meetup to find and meet like-minded people, GoFundMe for raising money and Twitter, or, gasp, your local newspaper's website for the news. There are other places to do many of these things, though likely not all at once. You can keep up with friends and family, find out about or create local events, buy and sell stuff, keep up with the news, raise money for a cause or join groups of like-minded people such as parents, porch gardeners and people with a rare disease. Facebook has become a one-stop shop for so many things. Ditto if you log into an outside app or site using your Facebook account.ĭepending on whether you were a full-time Facebook addict or an occasional lurker, the psychological separation could prove harder or easier than the physical one. To do this, go to your account settings.ĭeactivating means other people won't be able to see your profile, but if you log back in, the whole thing is canceled and you are "active" again. If you're not quite ready for a divorce, deactivating your account is an option. If you used your Facebook account for third-party apps and sites, you'll need new usernames and passwords for each. Facebook says it may take up to 90 days for all the data associated with your account to be wiped, but you can't change your mind after the first few days are up. Your delete request will be cancelled if you log back in during this time. Facebook says the process could take a few days. You can't get that from the settings page, as Facebook, it may seem, doesn't want you to leave. Go to bit.ly/198wIoI and click on the blue button. Once you've saved everything and gone through your activity log, sign in one last time. To delete all this, you'll need to sift through your "activity log," accessible through your profile page, and delete each item individually. And some stuff will remain, including what others have posted about you, your chats with others and your posts in Facebook groups (though your name will be grayed out). What you won't get are photos other people shared with you, even if you've been tagged. This process should give you a good-perhaps scary-idea of what Facebook has on you. The download also contains your profile, messages, list of friends, ads you've clicked on and IP addresses you've used to connect to Facebook. This includes your posts and photos, as well as the "activity log"-the history of everything you've done on Facebook, such as likes and comments on posts, use of apps and searches. Facebook lets you download the data you've shared with Facebook since you joined. Hard as it might seem to quit, especially for those entwined with it for years, it can be done.īefore deleting your account, rescue your posts and photos. If you are one of them, there are options. While Facebook has tried to address some of these problems, it's not enough for some users. And studies have shown that the mindless scrolling that Facebook is so good for can leave us feeling depressed. Even before that, users have considered dumping Facebook after growing tired of political disagreements with friends and relatives.

Traktor scratch sale11/21/2023 This series was produced by X2 Productions Ltd and has Brewer travelling around the world to buy and sell but not repair or restore used cars in different countries on a set budget. In April 2013 a spinoff series titled Wheeler Dealers Trading Up was launched. Series 17 (2021) saw the show filming return to the UK. Once the American operation was established, it moved to more suitable premises at 5382 Research Drive, Huntington Beach. This decision was made so that they could deliver more episodes of the show and meant they were able to restore and sell the cars on the spot, instead of having them shipped back to the UK. In Series 12, Brewer and China set up a new workshop in a rented bay at Huntington Beach Bodyworks, 18108 Redondo Circle, Huntington Beach, California. The second half of Series 6 was aired in the autumn of 2009 on Discovery Real Time.īeginning with part 2 of Series 8, Brewer further expanded their horizon by touring the United States. Series 5 was renamed Wheeler Dealers On the Road, with Brewer and China expanding their car search by heading out into Europe hoping to find classic cars to buy and restore. The programme was created by Daniel Allum and Michael Wood, the founding directors of Attaboy TV, both long-time car enthusiasts. The premise of the show has the presenters on a mission to save old and repairable enthusiast vehicles, by repairing or otherwise improving an example of a particular make and model to a budget then selling it to a new owner. The programme is fronted by car enthusiast and former dealer Mike Brewer with mechanics Edd China (Series 1-13), Ant Anstead (Series 14–16), and Marc Priestley, (Series 17-present) Wheeler Dealers is a British TV series originally produced by Attaboy TV for the Discovery Channel in the UK and for Motor Trend in the U.S. Marc Priestley (Series 17-present (2021-present)Ģ49+12 Specials (as of 28 September 2022) ( list of episodes) Mike Brewer (Series 1-present) (2003-present)

Bayer contour next test strips11/20/2023 Since I already have heard many times from my insurance that CN strips are not covered, it’s anybody’s guess how this will all work out. They were interpreting this statement as saying my co-pay will likely be $15 for 100 strips…but would not commit until they run everything through the the computer, which they can’t do until they get the prescription. They are going to contact my endo (to get the prescription) and will let me know how much my co pay will be. I brought the card over to my pharmacy today and they had never seen one of these before…meaning there was mass confusion behind the counter. Maybe start your own thread on FUD, and I’ll bet many will be eager to chime in with their plights and their guidance. I am certain that there are some more affordable meters and test strips out there if you pursue your search. IMHO, I would do more research before sticking with the One Touch products. I can use one meter and test 3 different times, using the same blood droplet sample, and get a wide difference in readings ( 104, 120, 67, etc) how the heck is one expected to dose based upon such inaccurate information? It was crazy. My experience with the One Touch products is this: ( and I have found this with each and every one of their meters) Major Discrepancies. But that is still more reasonable than anything you might find in a pharmacy by miles. Originally, it cost about $150 for 600ct strips. It was someone on FUD who directed me there. But as I have mentioned before, I test a lot more than 10 times a day, so I have, like you, had to supplement my allotment of strips through AMZ. 300 strips per month so long as I could provide a daily log of my BG testing. When I switched endos, my doc put in an order for the Bayer meter and strips, and for some unknown reason, Medicare covered most of it. I just used what my endo gave me (TONS of Free Samples…who thinks twice about freebees?) (he also was very generous with insulin as well, which was a definitely nice perk) It never dawned on me that there were more accurate meters or strips. I have Medicare, and originally they would only cover One Touch products. I had been self funding Contour next strips

Tidallenovo11/20/2023 The response times are likewise fairly good. The laptop can automatically adapt its screen brightness to ambient light conditions, and this feature works well. Thanks to the decent black level of 0.26 cd/m², the screen has an outstanding contrast ratio of roughly 1,500:1. Our review unit slightly exceeds this value with an average peak brightness of 365 cd/m² across the entire panel. Lenovo claims that the display has a max brightness of 350 cd/m². Based on our subjective evaluation, the 2.5K panel and 3K IPS panel have practically the same image quality (even though the 3K panel has superior colour coverage and brightness). The display also produces smooth images thanks to its 90Hz refresh rate, but it is initially set to 60Hz by default. Contents look sharp, colours are vibrant, and bright areas don't appear grainy despite the matt finish. The matt IPS panel's image quality is excellent to our eyes. Our review unit is equipped with the base model: a 2.5K IPS display (2,560 x 1,600 pixels) with a 16:10 aspect ratio and a 90Hz refresh rate. Lenovo offers the Yoga Pro 7 with two different 14.5-inch panels, which are available either as matt displays or glossy touchscreens. We also got our hands on a model with an Intel Raptor Lake Core i7-13700H, a dedicated GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop and a 3K IPS display with 120Hz capability (€1,699, or US$1,863) and will be publishing a review of it shortly. But we still don't have any information regarding availability. In future, you will also have the option to configure the Yoga Pro 7 with the newer Zen 4 chips. The campus version goes for €999 (US$1,095) but doesn't include Windows, whereas regular customers have to fork out €1,129 (US$1,237) for this configuration (incl. Our review unit is also equipped with 16 GB of RAM and a 1 TB NVMe SSD. The processor is a Zen 3+ chip (Rembrandt-R) that has already appeared in some laptops last year. Today we'll first be checking out the variant 14 ARP G8, which features the AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS as well as the integrated Radeon 680M iGPU. Consumers can choose from a range of AMD and Intel processors as well as dedicated Nvidia graphics cards, including the recently released mid-range GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop. The Lenovo Yoga Pro 7 14 is a new 14-inch ultrabook available in various configurations.

Strato hidrive webdav11/20/2023 This way it happened that I changed files on two clients at the same time but only a few.Īd c) what is kind of strange right now, it seems that only the files which I'm right now working on get uploaded/synced but not the rest?! Meaning I have only used 40MB on the WEBDAV server right now (when I look it up on the hidrive web interface) and it seems nothing is happening in regard of the "untouched files" but in reality I have around 50 GB (!) which I want to have synced (and backed up) on the WEBDAV serverspace!?! The activity log also shows only activity for new/changed files. Therefore migrating the repository is not an option anymore. Many thanks for your detailed reply which helped me a lot!!!Īd a) This is very cool and after I checked on my clients I realized that the server credentials were changed automatically (without me) which is pretty awesome!Īd b) Strato just "cut" the connection to my old server space because I didn't make it in time to switch to the new server before the old server space was lost. I would recommend that you change the password on your old WebDAV Server first. You need to make sure that no client disturbs you operation. This only works if the migration includes all files and keeps the folder structure. In theory you can copy your TeamDrive repository (all encrypted files stored on your WebDAV server) from one server to another server and then publish the new credentials. This mechanism also works in case your Server has a new URL.ī) it is always recommended to fully sync all your data to your client, before your change something on your WebDAV server.
